If you or your child has warts that you are concerned or embarrassed about, or if they are causing pain or discomfort, see your doctor about having them removed.

If you are a sexually-active woman, regular screening for cervical changes in the form of Pap tests is the best way to avoid cervical cancer. If you have tested positive for high-risk HPV or have had high-grade pre-cancerous lesions of the cervix in the past, this screening should be more frequent.
